Mix qPCR for probes with Low ROX

Low ROX quantitative PCR mixes for probes are made for use with qPCR devices requiring low ROX as an internal reference dye for fluorescent signal normalization and correction of optical well-to-well variations.

The mix for probes consists of all the necessary components (except template DNA, primers and probes): a Taq polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2 and Low ROX dye.
