ART2.2 is expressed exclusively by mature T-cells. Levels of ART2.2 expression vary between inbred strains of mice and is absent in NZW mice, in which the ART2.2 gene is deleted (1).||Applications: |Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry (Not Tested) and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. ||Recommended Dilution:|Flow Cytometry (Not Tested): Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. ||Hybridoma: |Spleen cells from immunized wistar rats were fused with cells of the Sp2/0 mouse myeloma cell line.||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. ||Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
