Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution: |MS Tryptic Fingerprint: Confirmed identity with the translated sequence listed in the protocal.|Kinase Assay: 19-48ng phosphorylated 2mg/ml casein.|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.||Handling Recommendations:|Rapidly thaw the vial under cold water and immediately place on ice. Aliquot unused material into pre-chilled microcentrifuge tubes and immediately snap-freeze the vials in liquid nitrogen prior to re-storage at -70°C.
