Recombinant protein corresponding to Met1~Lys79 from human Small Proline Rich Protein 4, with a N-terminal His-Tag, expressed in E. coli.||Molecular Weight:|~12.5kD||Applications:|Suitable for use as a positive control, immunogen, SDS-PAGE and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. ||Recommended Dilutions: |Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. ||Storage and Stability:|Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
