Rabbit anti-rat IgG recognizes rat IgG whole molecule. This secondary antibody was purified using a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above.

This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by a delipidation and defibrination. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against rat IgG and rat serum.

The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.

Storage Buffer

In 10 mM sodium phosphate, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.2 (0.01% Sodium Azide).

Storage Instruction

Store at 4°C on dry atmosphere.
After reconstitution with deionized water, store at -20°C or lower.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
