Applications: |Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|ELISA: 1:200 to 1:1000. 1.0ug of Human IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA with pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
