Applications: |Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. ||Recommended Dilutions: |ELISA: 1:10,000-1:100,000, 1ug of Rat IgA in a standard capture using Streptavidin (HRP) and ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. |Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000|Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000|Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. ||Storage and Stability:|Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
