Enzyme-linked Immunoabsorbent Assay

ELISA analysis of Birch pollen allergen recombinant monoclonal antibody, clone BV16 (Cat # RAB03100).
Binding curve of RAB03100 to ELISA Plate coated with BETVIA at a concentration of 2 ug/ml. A 3-fold serial dilution from 10,000 to 0.1 ng/ml was performed using RAB03100. For detection- a 1:4000 dilution of HRP-loat anti-ribody (Bio-Rad) was used. e at 450nm does not reach a plateau but falls slightly before increasing once more- as also observed for 3.0. This is suggestive of two binding sites on Bet v 1-A for which RAB03100 has differing affinities.
