Anti-WC1 (Antigen WC1.1, CD163L1, CD163 Molecule-like 1) (PE) Monoclonal Antibody

Bovine WC1 is a 215/300kD antigen expressed on the majority of gamma/delta T lymphocytes. These cells also express low levels of CD5, but are negative for other B and T cell markers.||The WC1 antigen is reported to be involved in a number of processes, including activation of gamma/delta T cells and the development of a Th1-biased acquired immune response.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilutions:|Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): Requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections. e.g. trypsin or pronase.|Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Hybridoma: |NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.| |Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.| |Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
