CD66b is a 95-100kD glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked protein also known as CD67, CGM6, and NCA-95. CD66b is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA)-like subfamily. CD66b, expressed on granulocytes, has been reported to induce activation in neutrophils and to be involved in heterophilic adhesion with CD66c.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilutions:|Flow Cytometry: ≤1ug/10e5 cells in 100ul|Immunohistochemistry: 5-10ug/ml on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded and acetone-fixed frozen sections|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
