-20°CCore binding factor (CBF) is a heterodimeric transcription factor that binds to the core element of many enhancers and promoters. The RUNX1 protein represents the alpha subunit of CBF and is thought to be involved in the development of normal hematopoiesis.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), ELISA||Recommended Dilution:|ELISA: 1:1,000|Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-50|Immunofluorescence: 1:10-50||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
