The DPP3 Fluorescent Activity Assay kit is designed to measure DPP3 activity using purified DPP3 or DPP3 extracts. It comes in a convenient 96-well format, with purified DPP3 enzyme, DPP3 substrate, and DPP3 assay buffer for 100 enzyme reactions. The key to DPP3 Fluorescent Activity Assay is the fluorogenic substrate. Using this kit, only one simple step on a microtiter plate is required for DPP3 reactions. The DPP3 fluorometric substrate is incubated with a sample containing DPP3 enzyme to produce a fluorophore that can then be measured using a fluorescence reader.||APPLICATIONS: |Suitable for studying enzyme kinetics and screening small molecular inhibitors for drug discovery and HTS applications. Other applications not tested.||Kit Components: |D8065-29A1: Microtiter Plate, 1x96wells|D8065-29A2: DPP3 assay buffer, 1x10ml |D8065-29A3: Fluorogenic DPP3 substrate (0.5mM), 1x100ul Supplied as a liquid in DMSO.|D8065-29A4: DPP3 Recombinant Human, 1x5ug|D8065-29A5: Fluorescent AMC Standard (50uM), 1x500ul ||Storage and Stability:|Store D8065-29A1 at RT.
