367071 reacts with a low affinity receptor for the Fc of IgG (FcgammaRII, CD32) that is expressed on human platelets, monocytes, granulocytes and B cells. CD32 also cross-reacts with granulocytes and monocytes from peripheral blood lymphocytes from non-human primates.||Applications: |Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Flow Cytometry: ≤0.5ug/1x10e6 cells in 100ul of staining volume|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
