4°C/-20°CThe IL-1 Beta (Interleukin 1 Beta) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit (Monkey) is a quantitative sandwich assay for the detection of IL-1 Beta in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.||Sensitivity:|2.344pg/ml||Detection Range:|3.906-250pg/ml||Specificity:|This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of IL-1 Beta. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between IL-1 Beta and analogues was observed.||Precision:|Intra-Assay: CV<8%|Inter-Assay: CV<10%||Test Principle:|This ELISA kit employs the sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. Anti-IL-1 Beta antibody was pre-coated onto 96-well plates. The biotin conjugated anti- IL-1 Beta antibody was used as detection antibodies. The standards, test samples and biotin conjugated detection antibody were added to the wells subsequently, and washed with wash buffer. HRP-Streptavidin was added and unbound conjugates were washed away with wash buffer. TMB substrates were used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to|produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the IL-1 Beta amount of sample captured in plate. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader, and then the concentration of IL-1 Beta can be|calculated.||Kit Components:|Micro ELISA Plate(Dismountable), 8×12|Lyophilized Standard, 2x vial|Sample / Standard dilution buffer, 1x20ml|Biotin-labeled antibody (Concentrated), 1x120ul|Antibody dilution buffer, 1x10ml|HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate(SABC), 1x120ul|SABC dilution buffer, 1x10ml|TMB substrate, 1x10ml|Stop solution, 1x10ml|Wash buffer (25X), 1x30ml|Plate Sealer, 1x5pieces||Storage and Stability:|Store unopened kit at 4ºC; store at -20ºC once opened.
