FOSL2, ID (FOSL2, FRA2, Fos-related antigen 2) (PE)

The Fos gene family consists of 4 members: FOS, FOSB, FOSL1, and FOSL2. These genes encode leucine zipper proteins that can dimerize with proteins of the JUN family, thereby forming the transcription factor complex AP-1. As such, the FOS proteins have been implicated as regulators of cell proliferation, differentiation, and transformation.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, FLISA||Recommended Dilution:|FLISA: 1:1,000|Western Blot: 1:100-500|Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
