CD16-Like (FcRIII) (PE)

Recognizes a cell surface antigen of 65-80kD which is similar to the human cell surface antigen designated as CD16. It has therefore been hypothesized that may recognize the ovine homologue of human CD16 (Hopkins, J. et. al. 1996).||Recognizes an antigen that is strongly expressed by ovine alveolar macrophages and peripheral blood granulocytes, and more weakly by monocytes and other tissue macrophages.||Applications: |Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Flow Cytometry (Not Tested): 1:25-1:200|ELISA: 1:500|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. ||Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
