SYBR Green qPCR Mix without ROX
Mix for quantitative PCR SYBR Green without ROX are made for use with qPCR devices that do not require an internal reference dye for fluorescent signal normalization and correction of optical well-to-well variations.
The SYBR Green mix consists of a Taq polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2 and SYBR Green.
It is possible to add ROX dye to these mixes for use with qPCR devices requiring the presence of ROX.
Here's how to select the appropriate ROX dye for the qPCR device you are using:
