Cross-linked envelope protein of keratinocytes. It is a keratinocyte protein that first appears in the cell cytosol, but ultimately becomes cross-linked to membrane proteins by transglutaminase. All that results in the formation of an insoluble envelope beneath the plasma membrane.||Source:|Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-72 from human Small proline-rich protein 2B, fused to 6X His-Tag at N-terminal and Myc-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in Yeast.||Molecular Weight: |~11.5kD||Amino Acid Sequence:|MSYQQQQCKQPCQPPPVCPTPKCPEPCPPPKCPEPCPPPKCPQPCPPQQCQQKYPPVTPSPPCQPKYPPKSK||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
