Roundabout 4 is receptor for Slit proteins, at least for SLIT2, and seems to be involved in angiogenesis and vascular patterning. This protein may mediate the inhibition of primary endothelial cell migration by Slit proteins.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Indirect Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Western Blot: 1:1,000|Immunohistochemistry 1:50-100|Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50|Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
