Protein samples obtained by FineTest Lysis Buffer can use FineTest BCA protein assay kit (K001) to measure protein concentration.Due to the high concentration of detergent, the protein concentration of the sample obtained from the FineTest Lysis Buffer cannot be determined by Bradford method.

You need to bring your own PMSF. Add PMSF to a final concentration of 1mM a few minutes before use, or add the appropriate mixture of protease phosphatase inhibitors.
