Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a glycoprotein antibody that regulates immune responses such as phagocytosis and is also involved in the development of autoimmune diseases . Mouse IgGs have four distinct isotypes, namely, IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgG3. IgG1 regulates complement fixation in mice . Mouse IgG2a antibodies react with anti-mouse whole serum and anti-mouse IgG2a.||Applications: |Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
